"I ordered a bacon royal crispy sandwhich. They gave me a regular chicken sandwhich with no bacon. When I brought it back the manager argued with me and said I did not order a bacon chicken sandwhich, and insinuated that I was lying. I've never been so disrespected my a manager before. Never going back. The sandwiches are also very small and not even worth the money anymore."

"The worst Burger King ever! I’m surprised they didn’t close down yet. I was there around 9 am thru drive thru and was told to come back when I reached the window a guy comes to the window and says my manager is very busy come back later… I was trynna give them the benefit of the doubt because they got my whole order wrong on a previous visit… but listen baby u don’t want the nasty cold food.. the rude service or just a horrible experience.. run away from here and never return!!!!!"

"I came here back in July of 2023 and I wasn't really satisficed with the experience. It took me 15 minutes to order my food with a lady keep saying oh I'll be with you soon. Once i got my burger and fries it was so cold and the that was the worst BK fries I ever had. They were so overly salted i started coughing because that's how bad they were. The guy who finally took my order after that lady went to the bathroom saw me and said he would help me soon then he goes on his lunch break. Horrible experience with the staff and the management should be fired. What else would i expect from a 2.5 BK restaurant. tables were a bit clean and mostly looked like a hang out spot."

"Ordered a Halloween burger on Halloween burger came with out the bacon and other ingredients were clearly thrown on burger. Mind you this is a 10.00 meal. I asked if they can make a new one. Manager asked why I mention it didn't look appetizing and it's missing bacon. She refused to make a new one and just had cook throw cold bacon on bottom of burger...finally I went back and just asked for a refund. 3people questioned me and it took 7 mins to figure out how to refund just sandwich. I came in to eat lunch with my client and no one asked if I would like something else. Very rude management and staff was not any better."
