"Disappointed tonight, we have been going here for years and really enjoy their seafood soup (Parihuela). Tonight it had a bitter taste, so disappointing. We only had a few spoonful's before we just could not eat anymore. No apology or discount was offered, because we did not tell them sooner or demand to take it back to the chef. Maybe some customer service training is in order."
"They used to have one of the best roast chickens (pollo ala brasa) but now their chicken is over seasoned and the taste is awful (bad stomach ache). The service is fair, but the place looks like it needs an upgrade. There is no restaurant that looks like this in Lima, Peru anymore. Hope they change for the best."
