"Wonderful location. The food is always good and the service is warm. I no longer live in Hartford but I always make my way here. I pray they are always prosperous."
"Love the Spinach patties Over the beef patties."
"I grew up in Ct went to church with the Scotts grew up eating fresh patty and cocoa bread after school; so, when I came home to visit my mom, I wanted a patty. I was disappointed and sadden by the poor taste and quality of the food. I order a veggie patty, and fried whiting; the patty was lukewarm, bready, and the veggies were overcooked (it did not taste good at all). The fried whiting was also overcooked, dry and cold. What saddens me is with the high cost of food I had to throw it all away; none of the food was edible. Mr. Scott God rest his soul; would not be happy with the quality of food the restaurant is servicing. What's even more troubling is we are servicing our own community poor quality of food. I will never go back:("
"They arent as good as they were 10 years ago. The original owners sold it and the new OWNER keeps the cocoa bread from the previous day and sells the next. This is COMPLETELY WRONG. I went in there at 11:30 for lunch,I ordered a soup and a coco bread. The bread was hard AF,I returned it and told the cashier this is unacceptable and that I will never return to this place. I returned 2 weeks later to give them another try and the results were the same so I banned this place for life."
