"The emplyee s were extremely rude....an emplyee offered to get a key for the restroom then disappeared. 2 other employees said that noone had a key who was working... when i mentioned the emplyee who offered the ke,one of them askeed do you speak English. Both of them then laughed...."

"The young lady who was working around 9 930 pm tonight was very rude very disrespectful. She walked to the front counter and asked me “what” then she handed me my to go order without a bag and said she doesn’t care in Spanish. My wife who is Spanish heard her and asked her for a bag a young man apologized and handed my wife the bag. We gotta do better McDonald’s"

"Literally the worst place to get food. They would lie that they do not have food just because they don’t feel like making it. They made a milkshake for my cousin who ordered online, but when I ordered at the drive thru, they told me they don’t have any milkshakes meanwhile they made one for her right in front of me. Therefore, I ordered online to receive my milkshake and sauce since I was told it was 25 CENTS before the second time around the drive thru. However, this girl/boy told me that they don’t have milkshakes cuz they’re not serving them, and called me a liar for about my cousin getting a milkshake a couple minutes past. Also, checking the app says that sauces are FREE NOT 25 CENTS. I was also redirected with vague explanation to get a refund through the Mc Donalds app when there’s nothing in the help option for a “REFUND” since once the order has been placed, it’s placed."

"No one inside of the store at all, with about 7 people working drive through was pushed back for over 10 minutes. Older hispanic Lady taking drive through order was incredibly rude and rushing, could not get the order right, speaking over us and on the phone while we were at the window trying to pay. Will not be returning ."
