When I first walk in I get greeted with a smile from Delia at the register and greetings from all other team members. Nick is fantastic on the grill and does his job very very well. "I usually never post complaints but this is horrible. I ordered 2 steak sandwiches, which I’m currently eating. The sandwiches were horrible. I ordered a steak and cheese with extra cheese, provolone and shredded parm. They put about 1 scoop of meat on it and only put the Parmesan. Another sandwich I got was supposed to be a LB but used a food scale to weight it and it was less than 1/2 a pound, bread cheese and all. Do better. I spent $37 for 2 sandwiches that would be worth MAYBE $20. Severely disappointed. Going to order in store and make them change the sandwich if it isn’t right. I’ve never gotten food this disappointing from anywhere before. Think before you order here. They will skimp despite their inflation prices. You order certain things and they just blatantly didn’t put anything extra I ordered. This location SUCKS. do not order anything from them."
