"I am compelled to leave this review after an utterly disappointing dining experience at your restaurant. I ordered the biryani, only to find a fly swimming in the gravy. To add insult to injury, the biryani itself was ruined, likely due to the contamination caused by this unsanitary situation. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was shockingly inadequate. Instead of promptly addressing the situation, the server chose to use her hands to remove the affected portion. This is not only a gross violation of hygiene standards but a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite requesting a replacement, the handling of the situation was unprofessional and lacked urgency. Instances like these demand immediate action, including replacing the entire dish without any hesitation. As a customer who values cleanliness and quality, this experience was not only unsatisfactory but also disconcerting. I expect a certain standard when dining out, and unfortunately, your establishment fell far below that mark. This review serves as a stark warning to others about the hygiene practices at your restaurant. I urge the management to take this feedback seriously, implement necessary changes, and ensure that such incidents do not tarnish your reputation in the future. My trust in your establishment has been severely compromised, and I am hesitant to consider dining here again."

"Location of the restaurant is great and easy access of parking availability. Enjoyed the happy hours this weekend in Spice Venue. Everything went just perfect last evening and it was fun with such delicious food & drinks. Ambience around is very positive and staffs made us more comfortable during drinks and suggested few of their most crafted one as per our taste. A small suggestion that their service need to be little quicker as there was a delay from starters to mains. Rest all was in place. Worth another visit surely."

"Not only the food but also their service is swift, servers are caring and they make sure that the guests are comfortable while dining. Great experience everytime in our visit and I've always recommended Spice Venue to others. I've always loved their Biryani, as it's cooked in very traditional way & smells meaty meaty on presentation. The Lamb peices are always very soft & tender. Portions are always more thn what we expect. Simply one of the finest restaurant which serves authentic and traditional Indian food and other curries."

"A proper food joint to taste Indian dishes, some nice dishes in the menu card. Ordered Lamb Biryani and Lassi for quick dine-in. The food arrived hot and fresh, service was quick and price is very much pocket friendly. Had a small exchange of words with the Manager and gave feedback on the fantastic service and delicious food. He is a good person and soft spoken too. Won't mind to visit again and share my feedback with others. Fab place."

"Recently booked a table for friends evening hangout, this place was recommended by by brother. Thanks for his valuable suggestion, all the food we ordered and tasted was very delicious and quantity was more than suffice. Honestly, food ordered for 4 person can be easily shared with 5 people. On the other hand, the service was of top-notch and the servers made sure that we have everything on table. Absolutely a memorable dining experience with Spice venue."
