"Hadn't been to Chili's in a while. This restaurant looked kind of tired. I went during the lunch hour and it was not very busy. Food was just good but price was on the high side for what I got. It left me a little sad because I have really liked Chili's in the past but this restaurant just didn't look like it's going to make it for much longer. It was lacking that vibe that a popular busy restaurant has. I hope I'm wrong. On a positive note, the gentleman who took my order was very attentive and helpful."

"I ordered to go got a text saying it was ready at 442pm arrived at 452pm and checked in waited till 520pm and just went inside to get my food. It's cold n soggy. If you are going to offer curbside pick up then actually have people bring customers their food. Place isn't even busy there's no excuse for this type of service"
