"By far the worst experience ever. I ordered 3 Ghost pepper ranch burgers through the app and it told me my order was ready. As I pulled up, there was a line through the drive-through and inside. I gave them grace, it was a rush for dinner for many people. Upon getting my food, I rushed home so that I could feed my people. Tell me why I was given not 1, not 2, but THREE Loaded Nacho Chicken Sandwiches... We were livid as that was not what we ordered or wanted. Should I have checked my bag before leaving? Yes, but I trusted the workers to get my order correct after being told to wait, it's almost ready, for 40 whole minutes. We were so tired because we didn't want to deal with the headache of terrible service. Whoever's reading this, just go to the McDonald's or burger king up the street. Don't waste your time or money here. Absolutely terrible."

"I just went to the drive thru and ordered a taco salad. All I received was the tomato ends, cheese and lettuce. I fail to see how that is a taco salad, very disappointed to pay almost $9 in this economy for cheese, lettuce and tomato ends."

"Very mocking staff. I waited 39 minutes for them to attend me and then they tell me that I have to wait 10 more minutes. They were orders from Door dash that were supposed to be ready a while ago. On top of that, I tried to make a personal order and they didn't allow me to do it. It wasn't anything that took them a long time to prepare, since it was just a soda. They told me that I had to do the line again. A costumer was complaining about the bad service and I saw how the employees were mocking and making bad faces. Terrible service."

Money back but it's the lack of care they had for my order an then not delivering all the food smh"
