"I’ve been here several times and it is notoriously slow. They always have almost no one working and frequently lie about the food almost being ready when they haven’t even started it. Today set a new record of 52 minutes from order to receiving the food."

"Never in my life have I seen such an inappropriate display from a manager. Waited 35 minutes for our food, missed half our order once we got it . We were fine waiting for it to be fixed. The manager Christina was yelling, swearing and screaming at her staff. Calling them idiots, dropping the F bomb in front of my 5 year old. The staff was treated so badly, she should def not be working in the store at all. Not only would Christina not fix our food she refused to give us a refund and made someone else do it. We waited 15 minutes for our refund. She refused to share her name, we had to get it from our cashier. I feel so so bad for the staff there, never returning again. Yes we contacted corporate and shared the videos with them."

"26 minute wait for one item at a fast food place. Trust me, just order from over the phone from a local mom and pops and then pick it up, you would be better off. Prices are similar in the area anyway. Also add 7 minutes before they took my order. But they did get my order right."

"I legitimately do not understand how any of these people have jobs at this location and that it hasn't been bulldozed to make something different. Hands down the absolute slowest drive through I've ever been to. I've been in line for almost 30 minutes, with the last 10 minutes actually at the window. It's just an order of a burrito and a couple tacos. Person working the drive through hasn't even given me my drink that they already charged me for. Absolutely avoid this. Drive another 10 minutes up the road to the one in Enfield. The people here obviously do not care."
