"I placed two online orders. They was both different. They told us to pull forward. We waited about 25 minutes for the food. When they finally came out, they only brought me 1 order. So o go inside to ask for my second order and was basically accused of lying about not getting my 2nd order. I get it its hectic sometimes. But this is nit the 1st time this BK takes forever, the workers seem miserable and on something. By the time my 2nd order was done my 1st order was cold. I contacted Customer service through email asking for a Refund, they offered me coupons instead. On top of my cold food, the food preparation was done incorrectly. I have tried to give this place a couple of chances, but they never seem to fail. I'm not the only one who has had issues with this Location. According to reviews this happens frequently. It's unfair to customers who have to go through this. Something needs to be done. Hire a whole new staff or investigate that Location. This is ridiculous."

"Had an excellent drive thur experience tonight Martha has great customer service she was very helpful and polite it’s been a long time I haven’t had good customer service in fast food drive thur she deserves 5 stars most definitely."

"Ordered 2 meals through the drive-thru (almost 30$ for smalls), and they had me pull over after I’d paid and wait over 20 minutes for my food to come out, and it was still wrong. There were two other cars pulled to the side waiting. It’s just ridiculous here. It’s listed as fast food, but this place is NEVER fast. Avoid it if you can!"

"I came here last year and wow did they remodel this Burger King restaurant . The aesthetic inside was actually stunning and unprecedented for this chain. There is still a few touch ups they are still completing as evident of supplies scattered around."
