"STORE MANAGER REALLY has a bad actitud. I had a bowl of soup, but it was really not a bowl it looks like a cup. And I ask her if she can give a me a new one because It was empty. She is not professional Maisha."

"Service was great. The food was good. Sour dough bread is alittle weird. The portion size is good for the price."

"Kiosks were busy which is where I usually order from so I had to get my order taken by front counter. Girl was nice, but messed up my order. Wanted a normal bowl with broccoli cheddar mac n cheese but instead got a bread bowl with normal mac n cheese. Didn't realize this until I went to go get my order from the pick up counter, and I realized it was wrong. Tried to tell the worker behind the counter it was wrong and show her my receipt, but said 'well this is what I have on my receipt' and proceeded to walk away leaving me to just take the incorrect order. The food was fine, but the service could have been better. It literally says on your receipt that 'Accuracy Matters' and that issues will be fixed if brought up, but mine was immediately dismissed. Very disappointed."

"Bagel was.. okay, breakfast sandwich was sloppy and did not look like the pictures, it looked like 2 different restaurants made the same sandwich, but it was really pictures vs reality. However I loved the outdoor seating area, given that the inside is a tiny bit cramped. Food was prepared somewhat quickly."
