"Me and my two friends went in to use the bathroom and get drinks after school. The dining room was closed off so we were only allowed in there and no other people. My friend didn’t know and let in a few other people but proceeded to get yelled at and kicked out by an old man working there. Keep in mind my other friend was still able to order and she’s white. We’re both mixed and got kicked out. He wouldn’t allow other teenagers in that were black and Hispanic. I don’t know if it was racist, but we were still greatly offended and wouldn’t consider going again! Subway for the win. Oh and he told all of us to go to Taco Bell which seems kinda racist."

"i go to mhs which is right around the corner from this location. me and my friends walked to mcdonald’s after school in the 35 degree freezing cold weather with ice on every sidewalk to sit down and have lunch together…. we ordered online to be in and out as soon as possible but we’re denied entry to the restaurant. they gave us our food and sent us on our way BACK to the school so that we could eat."

"Customer service went downhill rushed at the speaker couldn’t order everything the female taking my order rushed me off the speaker didn’t even finish taking my order she told me pull up to first window they will finish your transaction, just rude I don’t understand how paying customers are treated!!! Then to top it off I’m missing my quarter pounder?! I call it takes them 10 minutes to answer for them to play on the phone. The manager Elizabeth?! Does she even exist?! I asked for the GM name which became an issue?!? I will be following up very poor service you would expect better especially from a food chain so huge?! But who still eats this ME!!"

"Don’t go inside. They will always serve the drive through first. The drive through will often wrap around the building there making some go inside for faster service. Well it’s not faster. The food is always Hot & Fresh so that’s the 3 stars. I’ve seen some things that wouldn’t be in compliance however the offenders weren’t near the food. However I think they often should remember they work in food service. Example, the lady in the yellow picked up stuff off the floor and didn’t wash her hands. The lady in the red willed her nose with the back of her hand but didn’t wash her hands after. Idk… just pray over your food."
