Burger King

"I have had the worst experience ever in a restaurant here today. I ordered 2 whopper Jr's like I always do because it's my favorite thing to get at burger King. A soon as I tasted it I knew it didn't taste right. It was cold and flavorless. I went in to ask if they could remake it for me as I could see they were making fresh burgers. The manager proceeded to tell me that it would taste the same even if they remade it. I asked her to please remake it for me anyway because I know how it's supposed to taste and that wasn't it. She just continued to repeat her remark about it taste the same until I finally got upset and asked for a refund. I have never in my life received that bad of customer service. She does not belong working there. I really how Someone does something about this situation. So much for have it your way. Bk does not rule."

"The family had lunch and it was crazy expensive! It cost twice as much as upscale casual fast food. I'm talking almost $50! However the food was very good and the seating area was clean and plenty of room to sit and eat. The men's bathroom was spotless and had two ply tissue paper that didn't disintegrate when used. This is a great stop off the expressway for a family looking to clean up the kids and rest before getting back on the road. They have a TV and plenty of Free parking."

"Taking money for orders you have no intention to fill is illegal. So is being closed during your posted business hours. I suggest you close for good. Your friends next door are working hard for their customers."

"See photo... the manager (Spanish lady) watched her employee (older black guy) eat and work while making my sandwich at the same time even when I said something it continued. Then made my sandwich not the way I requested but regular... and then when i asked to remake it, Mr eating came to me chewing and asked again if I wanted it the way I ordered it.... I asked all 4 employees isn't this "have it your way". Don't come here and save your crowns and the headache."
