"DONT GO IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR they don’t know how to cut long hair at all. Asked for just a trim in the back and that i want to keep it long. next thing i know i have short hair. and it looked horrible, asked if they could fix it to just a short haircut style now since its messed up. Got told to pay and theres customers waiting. Zero customer service or satisfaction guaranteed. Crazy too cuz i was being chill the whole time."
