"Don’t pay for delivery !!!!! they sent me a turkey sandwich without the turkey. And a turkey avocado sandwich without the avocado. After spending all that money on delivery. Don’t waste your time with this dump. So then the manager leaves me a message. She called me at 6:54 am on a Sunday. Really???!!! Are you kidding???!! Your intentions were to wake me up and get me all upset again. You said I’ll be here until 2pm. Please call m Ed back about this review. Well!! Just called in there at 10:30 am. Got a really rude girl who won’t give her name. Stating you left for the day. Guess I’ll wait for your corporate office to call and let them know. :)"

"Very nice staff, I love the coffee and drinks bar here and the bread is delicious of course and my favorite salad here is the green goddess Cobb salad, look at how beautiful it is. Great place to stop by for lunch. Large space that can seat many people inside."

"What happened to Panera? Stingy, inhospitable, expensive, slow. Food price:quality ratio is very poor ($35 for two small sand + 1 soup) 2+ person bathrooms but require getting a key from overworked cashier. Out of napkins everywhere, have to ask cooks. Much of clientele is ordering coffee only, probably too $$ to eat here now?"

"Bagel and coffee as expected. Ordered through kiosk but no one gave me cups, so thought it would come with order. Waited what seemed like a long time for a toasted bagel, when there were few people in the store. Had to go back to front counter to ask for cups. They never even checked my order to see if I had actually ordered coffee. Tables were not clean."

"One thing that I don’t like is dirty places. Every time I visit this location the floors looks dirty and as well the tables. They have a lot of parking because the business is in a mall. Oh yea the have outdoor seats but I don’t think that anyone wants to seat there. Well the picture will tell you a little bit. The service was ok. The building as an overall is falling behind. The food came out very quick."
