"Chopt Salad is one of the best in the area! You are able to choose from a variety of fresh ingredients and was able to choose many different toppings resulting in a delightful meal. The general manager, well-versed in hospitality, provided helpful insights into salad choices, recommending the fantastic spicy jalapeño goddess salad. The attentive staff further elevates the Chopt experience, and I'll definitely be sharing my experiences to my peers!"
"Perfect healthy meal and great portion size! So nice to be able to customize exactly what you want in your salad. Staff in West Hartford is always friendly and helpful!"
"For the price, they should be able to do better. Especially if you order delivery, where the prices jump way up across the board. Our salads had lots of questionable, browning lettuce. My partner deemed theirs inedible and chucked most of it. What a waste."
"Salad is one of my favorite foods, and I was so excited to have this place open nearby, but it's once and done for me. I really dislike Panera, but it's actually the much better option at Bishop's Corner for a salad. None of their salad menu items sound particularly appealing to me. There is always one or two things I don't like and then if you remove them, there really isn't much left to the salad. I tried a make my own, and it was a terrible value. Not much to it and very expensive. The worst is the chicken. It's the consistency of canned drained tuna, chopped very fine. Who wants a cat food salad? Unless you walk or park behind by Target and come up the stairs, the parking is not very good either. If I am going to spend $15 or $16 for a salad, I really expect a bit more. Better choices are a sit-down restaurant rather than eating from a cardboard cup or get a bagged salad mix at Big y for 1/3 the price. I doubt it will last."
"Went here this weekend to try it out. Always looking for a good salad place. People were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this place got our order wrong (acceptable because it's new) but there is a serious lack of drink options. It's either purchase a can of soda or water or get some of their light lemonade and iced tea. Would love it more if they would have those multipurpose Coke machines. Salads were good but not as big as I hoped considering the price. Would be a good place for a lunch"
