"I watched 4 customers in a row (myself included) have to return to the counter because the food was wrong. (I got a completely different sandwich from what I ordered). The kid at the register has no idea what's going on and can't even repeat back the simplest of orders."

"The drive thru messed up our order. They gave us the wrong food and didn't give us any straws. The drinks were technically right but they popped the wrong tabs on them. The coke zero wasn't marked but the regular coke was marked "diet." All around everything was wrong in at least one way except our kid's meal that was right."

"EXCELLENT food & service. We had 6 people in our group during the lunch rush on a Friday, and everything was hot, fresh, and EXACTLY how we ordered it, down to the dipping sauce for the nuggets. We even ordered it to go because we were traveling, and instead of piling everything into a couple of overstuffed bags, each meal got its own bag so it was easy to divy up in the car. BEST Wendy's service we've ever had!"

"We don’t usually dine in but on Saturday morning we decided to go In and relax while having breakfast. We were the only ones inside, It was at 9:15 am. The woman didn’t have the register opened and it took her awhile. We were patient. I thought she was taking our order but come To find out she was on her headset talking. I told Her my order then my husband placed His order and she only rang up his order!!! I had to do my order again. We went to get napkins and the area was covered in dried up ketchup all over!!!!!!! How could this be when we are the first guests? This has to been from the previous night. Disgusting! Then we go to get our drinks and the entire area is splashed with dried up soda All over the machine and area! DISGUSTING!!!!!! Where is the health dept?!??? So now I wonder if this area isn’t being cleaned, how are the actual cooking areas!!!?!!!! Southington Health Dept needs to get On the ball here especially after I read the other reviews. So they read the reviews? Does Corporate read these reviews? I won’t be eating here again!"

"I come here for breakfast all the time! Better food quality than most other fast food spots and better price! My only complaint is the bacon(if i get it)is usually crumbly or its been sitting. Potato wedges 99% of the time piping hot. Sandwich (except bacon) always fresh. The ladies are always pleasant."
