"I Ordered house special fried rice that was bland even with the sauces. Also had the sweet and sour chicken that was crunchy on the outside and like rubber on the inside. Lastly had crab ragoon that was very disappointing. I'll give the service 3 stars for bringing the food early and it was hot but definitely one star for the food quality that was hot garbage. I don't recommend and won't be ordering from here again."

"The nastiest most disgusting food I've ever had!! Do not order the chicken wings. They are the tiniest wings I've ever seen! The porkchops look like breaded lab meat!!'Absolutely disgusting! Stay away from this place they fell off bad!!! I wish I could post pictures!!!"

"I ordered from this place and and they told me they will not deliver to my address which is 10 minutes from them, however when I have them an address in the hill region, 20 minutes away from them they said they would deliver there. So anyways, I decided I’d take the bus and pick it up from them, when I got there I saw two mice run across the kitchen floor and a cockroach in the wait area.. I don’t care how good the food is, I didn’t even try it, the service was rude and the establishment has “call the health department” level issues!"

"I called in an order and asked to make a substitution on a lunch order and was willing to pay the extra money for lo mein instead of fried rice, because I do not eat rice, and I was called back and told immediately that they were not willing to make a substitution, even though I offered to pay as much as possible for that substitution. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and basically just hung up on me without saying goodbye or anything even though I haven’t even received the order yet we’re already off to a bad start and now I understand why the reviews are not that great. And it baffles me how nowadays somebody is not willing to make substitutions for dietary restrictions even though the customer is willing to pay whatever the price is necessary for the substitution, I literally offered whatever amount they would like."
