"Received a meal that appears to have been sabotaged deliberately. The bun was hard and the medium burger I asked for was so burnt and hard I could have crumbled it and used it to fill a small pothole. If you guys don’t want people to call you for take out later in the night, just say you guys are no longer taking. This will be the last time I ever come here."

"This restaurant continues to maintain excellent food quality, service and menu variety, as well as extensive drink selections. Today we had a great server with exceptional menu knowledge who was able recall a favorite burger of ours that we could no longer find on the new menu, and had it made as we remembered. The burgers are proportional to the rolls, and for some reason, do not slide and fall apart like so many others making the whole meal more enjoyable. No question we will be back."

"Dropping my son off at University of Hartford, wanted a place for a late lunch. MAX Burger was perfect. Embarrassingly, no one got burgers. The tacos were perfect. My son had the caprese chicken sandwich, really going out on a limb for him. Nothing was left. I had the shrimp tacos, my wife had the fried chicken tacos. Everything was fantastic."

"The burgers were really tasty, and I especially loved the fried chicken sandwich. The lobster mac n' cheese was a hit too. The outdoor seating was enjoyable, and the staff was attentive throughout my visit. I'd give it four stars and definitely recommend it for a satisfying meal and nice ambiance."

"Really Impressive location in West Hartford- looking for somewhere to have a bite to eat. Setting clean also the decor was beautiful. A little let down by the food I ordered, a Texican burger which did not come with cheese so I had to add as an extra- arrived with fries and a small pot of mayo. My burger was dry but edible. My hubby ordered the All American which he enjoyed also came with fries and two dips. Drinks Mango milk shake and a Bud light. Don't think I would visit again only for the reason that there are lots of other places to dine."
