"Solid place. Food is good. Ice cream is still the best part. A little thrown off by an almost $8 milkshake, but what isn't overpriced these days."
"The service was very nice, and they were accommodating. Admittedly I've never really been a fan of Friendly's food, except their ice cream, but I went because it's where my friend wanted to go for his birthday. Anyways, I chose a chicken food option, and although it tasted ok at first, by the end it felt and tasted like rubber or silicone. And no I did not wait until it was cold, the chicken itself just tasted rubbery. The onion rings and the ice cream we shared was more than enough to make up for the bad chicken though."
"My kids love coming here, but I have to say for my sake that the service is always really slow. Also they got rid of the one dish that I liked, a Hawaiian stir-fry thing. I do still love their ice cream though."
"My kids enjoy coming here and picking out different kinds of ice-cream and toppings. But it actually took 15 minutes for food to be cleaned up from the floor. We actually walked over it. Needs a good scrub, replace the carpet. It could become much nicer."
