"Don't go here if you happen to work late hours and are looking for a late night food option. My fries were not hot, and the burger looked like the dried remains of whatever was left over that was easiest for the guy to reheat. Stars for the friendly guy at the window, but whatever happened with the food in the kitchen was terrible."

"Make sure you always ask for a receipt. I ordered a $6 biggie bag. They asked if I wanted a cookie for $0.99. I said no. I am expecting my order to be $6.00 + tax. I get to the first window. The kid working the register just grabs my card, runs it, hands it back to me and walk away without saying anything. I should have asked for the total before I gave him my card that mistake was on me. I get to the second window the woman says did you want a chocolate chip cookie. I said no. At this time my phone dinged with notification of the payment I just made. It was $9.64. I asked her why it was that much. She couldn't tell me, so I said can I get the receipt. She hands it to me. They charge me for a medium soda and medium fry for $0.99 more. I decided to let that go, but they charged me $1.98 for the cookie that I didn't want and wasn't in the bag. The woman returns a minute later with nickles and dimes to refund me. I said you charged me $2 for the cookie. She says hold on and goes back in. Then she tells me to drive forward so I did. Then a guy who I think was a manager came out and handed me the receipt and a dollar, and quickly walks away. Thus, I was cheated out of tax on the cookie that I almost paid for if I didn't pay attention. It wasn't even busy. Do they have a cookie quota that they are trying to meet? This Wendy's is always bad, but never bad enough to write a review. I go there maybe once a year when I'm in a pinch to grab a quick bite to eat. This is one of the reasons why I only go there once a year if that."

"They are understaffed. One guy who works there with blond hair seems high as a kite all the time. They are very inattentive to their customers. I ordered a ranch chicken wrap and never again will I buy one from there again. I did drive thru and the black guy at the first window who takes the money doesn't know how to speak. I asked him to confirm my total and he didn't say a word. Then when I got my chicken wrap it was falling apart. It's like they didn't even try to wrap the chicken inside. They while I was trying to piece it together to eat I found The core of the lettuce in my wrap which is disgusting. That it the most dirtiest part of the lettuce. So gross. You're better off with the Burger King wraps."

"There's usually a line there which says it all. It's worth the wait. The employees take there time do there job right. Show they care cause the quality is pretty good for fast food. Not over cooked cold. Usually every time I'm quite satisfied with my order"

"Very disappointed! I ordered a YELLOW lemonade, and the server, blatantly punched in strawberry lemonade, and didn't have any regard to when I said that I'm allergic to strawberries. So, this jokester, pours out the lemonade and gets me the 2nd cup, PRETENDING to refill it with YELLOW lemonade. I found strawberry seeds on the bottom so obviously, the ho didn't realize that I'd check out the bottom of the cup. We'll, long story short, my throat began to close up. I HOPE that the server will understand that playing around like that will cost her a job if someone else dies due to her neglence."
