Be prepared to wait for it! The cost reflects the quality: you're getting true Korean BBQ chicken here in Connecticut. That beats paying for a trip to Korea to get the same thing :)"

"DISGUSTING, I received meat that wasn't even chicken. DO NOT EAT HERE. I wanted to avoid writing this review if I had simply received a refund for this disgusting food. Since the customer service refused to respond to my request for a refund, I'd like to share these photos so folks know what food they're purchasing. I knew as soon as I tasted it that something wasn't right. It did not taste like chicken meat. I shared with my husband and a few coworkers, who all agreed it was terrible and didn't seem to be chicken. Would anyone eat food looking like this? There is no way it was chicken. A complete waste of $38 and even worse, the company not taking responsibility by simply refunding me."

"Amazing food & service! I was given recommendations and explanations on their variety of sauces and wasn’t disappointed at all. Chicken was moist and crispy and the Gangnam style sauce was sticky sweet with the right amount of heat. Cool fun atmosphere and didn’t break my wallet, definitely a spot to check out"

"I'm a regular at bb.q locations in New York but this was my first time eating here and I was incredibly disappointed by the consequences their choice of packaging had for my takeout order. I placed an order for wings at 12, got there at 12:25 to pick them up, and found that my wings were in a sealed plastic container. I opened them as soon as I got into the car but the damage was done already, they are a steamy mushy mess, no crunch whatsoever. It may seem petty but the whole point of why I patronize bb.q chicken is how amazingly crispy it as, and that it stays crispy as it cools down. Other bb.q locations have lined cardboard containers for takeout, that allow the chicken to breathe as it is transported. The staff was lovely and service was great, but I can't in good conscience recommend that you get takeout from this location until they swap to a packaging style that doesn't ruin their food. Once that's fixed, it's an easy five stars."

"Look, this is the best Fried Chicken in CT full stop. Great food, great service, great vibe. You need to stop in and have the Honey Garlic wings. I can't get enough! I came back when it went under new management. Joseph is the new manager and he's awesome! Food is as fresh and delicious as ever. If you like spicy, ask for the Mala wings!"
