"Ordered 2 apple pies via drive through got to work and it was 1 apple pie and another pie in a brown box that unfortunately l was allergic to. Someone could have said there was only one apple left. Pure carelessness"
"food was good they actually out extra big mac sauce they were out of adult happy meals but it’s ok . They made the fries again so they were extra hot for me . food was good for fast food . i don’t eat mcdonald’s often but this is the best one in waterbury i think because it’s always so busy so your foods gotta be fresh nothing sits long easy fast meal on. a rainy cold day"
"The meat was raw in the middle of 1 of the quarter pounders I ordered. My 4yr old son took a bite of it first and when I went to bite it, I noticed it was pink. I then broke off a piece of the meat, it was completely raw. I called the restaurant and explained to the "manager" the situation, he seemed unphased by what I was telling him. He offered me a new burger, which I declined because I will no longer be eating at McDonald's. I asked him for the corporate number, he said he did not have it on him and to look it up online. He did apologize with no remorse in his voice and said,"what do you want me to do about it?" I will be monitoring my son for any food borne illness in the next days. I am expecting a full refund and a phone call from the franchise owner/General manager/ corporate representative to speak with me about this. How can our economy afford to pay $13- 15 dollars an hour for mediocre service at a fast-food restaurant? Where is the training? Where is quality control?? My son could potentially be very sick from this. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO MY CHILD. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!"
"New and modern. Easy ON, easy OFF Interstate I-84. Huge parking lot. Fully automated me us with just 1 human cashier...must be the new wave. Reasonably clean."
