"This location will now be my favorite! They had every item in stock unlock southington location who never has fajita veggies and run out of cheese and lettuce a lot! BUT THIS LOCATION let me tell you - 8pm and they’re still making chicken and keeping everything fresh! 100/10 will recommend"

"My family and I went in tonight to Chipotle in Bristol after a football game and the staff were so apologetic because everything was low or gone. We had just missed the nightly rush and the staff were still trying their best to catch up and replenish. Anyway, even though it was late and close to closing time they worked so hard to get our orders as close to perfect as possible or at least find suitable options that would make us happy and I want to personally thank them! Nathan M, Victor, Jocelyn, Donna and Nathan A thank you for going above and beyond and doing it with such a great attitude! You are so appreciated and I hope you all get raises!"

"I was skeptical about getting food here based off of the current rating (3 stars), but I had an EXCELLENT meal and service. I placed an order on the app and while I got there exactly at my estimated pick-up time, my order had already been made and was handed to me, hot and fresh, as soon as I got to the drive through (which had no line!). Not a single item or topping was missing or made incorrectly or messily, and it even seemed like they gave me double protein in my bowl - more than enough for a filling dinner. The ease of ordering, driving to, and picking up the food was something I haven’t experienced with other locations. Just a perfect transaction and meal, couldn’t be more pleased, especially after a hard day. I recommend this location and their specialty drive through Chipotlane!"
