Reviews of Johnny's Breakfast & Lunch
"I called in to order, the voice on the other end was pleasant. Walking in to pick up my food, the establishment was very clean and organized. My food was ready for pick up and I was checked out immediately. The food was Amazing, the scrambler tasted fresh and was very colorful. The potatoes were tasty. Honestly a very good experience. My co-workers are planning to visit now. It certainty beats Jimmy's breakfast spot down the road. I plan to make this my go-to BF spot. Thank you for a such a great experience! ♥"
"First time here with the new owners. I have been coming here with my husband for 2 years almost every weekend for breakfast. This time was the only time it wasn’t good. First we noticed no tv and no music on. Then what seemed like arguing in the kitchen the whole time we were there was very loud. The lady taking orders was nice. The meals seemed to be made different and with different ingredients. My husband’s French toast wasn’t edible he wasn’t sure if it was the bread of the mix then his hash browns were way too greasy he was patting them down with several napkins. He only ate a few bites of each and left the rest. My pancakes seem to be made with different batter so now they taste more like flour. The bacon was thicker which was nice. My potatoes were way more seasoned then they use to be but still tasted fine. We will be back in a few weeks to try again to see if things are still the same."
"I have been ordering from Johnny's for years. The service is good. The staff are tough but very friendly. They remember the usual, long time customers and they remember orders. When I go they know exactly what I want. The new upgrades to the diner/ cafe are amazing. My family and I enjoy frequenting Johnnys."
"10-5-23 Met my guy here for breakfast. Two booths were occupied at 11 a.m. The service was fine. I asked for a cup of coffee, but declined when I saw they were giving it to me in a To-Go Cup although we were dining in. I ordered an omelet which all come with 3 eggs. The food itself was not flavorful. I did not distinctly taste Spinach, Bacon, or Avocados. I will not be dining here again."
"My second time at Johnny's, and more than likely my last. Was there several years ago. Food was good. Today my brother and I went for a late breakfast. We were leisurely enjoying our coffees after finishing our meals, in no rush to leave. When we arrived at approximately 10:20 a.m. there were only two other customers, who were preparing to leave. Once gone, it was just my brother and I. During our time there, the restaurant remained empty... I guess we overstayed our welcome and were asked to leave by a male worker (not to be confused with a gentleman, as the word gentleman implies someone with manners). By this time two new customers were there dining. While paying, we made the lovely woman at the register aware of what was said. She made a weak attempt at making some excuse saying we must of misunderstood what he said. NOPE, it may have been said with a slight accent, but he definitely said, "you have to go". Of course, like a weasel, he was nowhere in sight."
