"Well, the food is pretty good but part of order was wrong. I ordered shrimp toast & they gave me fried wontons. That's why I stopped going to them. They've delivered the wrong order, I've ordered a dinner & they'd give me the combo version. I give up. I'll order from Eastern Bistro instead."

"Waited 2 hours for a delivery and called 3 different times to check on the food and they said they remade it so it was hot and it came all cold and missing items. I ended up just getting in my car and going over there. They asked if they could just microwave fried food because it was a $50 order! I asked for it to be remade and that seemed to be a problem. I only went here because the place I normally go to was closed"

"I just spent 140.00 on food that got delivered on time. But I asked for extra duck sauce and everytime I ask for that it’s always an issue. I ordered ten egg rolls I got 14 duck sauce packets. 140 dollars is a lot of Chinese food. I understand if a guy orders an egg roll and you don’t want to give him 4 packets. But damn man everyone at this party like duck sauce which is why I emphasize extra. The driver indicated I was good and I gave him a 20$ tip. And now I’m pissed. Their food is great. Costumer service on phone ehhh. But the sauce situation put me over the edge. Why is it a constant thing with this place about the sauce. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"
