"This was the first bad experience I had. This past monday, I visited around 9am. It was a big order so I wanted to make sure that the order was right. Whoever the women was at the cashier, After I couldn't hear her and I asked her twice She raised her voice at me almost as if she was yelling. I think you could say she yelled at me. Once we moved up to the cashier window. She knew we were upset and all she did was smile and laugh. I was extremely upset so I did speak to the manager. I told her that if she's going to have someone there they need to be able to keep their composure. there is no reason to act so unprofessional but also yell at a customer? The manager was completely understanding and said she would speak with her. I did write to Mcdonald's but I have not heard back. I'm sorry but I understand your shift starts early but please do not take it out on the customers. If you can't deal with customer just make the food."
