"Never had a Five Guy's experience like this before. We bought 2 burgers, large fries, and 2 sodas. Went to get our sodas, and there weren't any diet sodas available. NONE! They were working on the machine and said "sorry we are out of diet soda syrup." So we asked for a refund. Just as our order was done, the person in line behind us went over and got a diet soda!!!! All they had to do is tell us they were working on getting it going. The guy was already working on it!!! It didn't help that the workers couldn't hardly speak English. Needless to say, we already went somewhere else to get drinks. The food? I have been to numerous Five Guy Restaurants. 5+ different locations. This was the worst burger and fries I have had from them. Wasn't good at all. Burger had zero flavor. Fries were overcooked. Luckily, this review is a couple of days after my visit. Otherwise, I would have given 1 star instead of 3."

"Completely botch our order -switched toppings from one burger to another, forgot others. People seemed put out that I was there ordering (I was there at 5pm or so). Place was clean as a whistle though."

"I love coming here. The best quick serve burgers you can get in my opinion. They are a little pricy compared to other burger places. This location is newer. Giant parking lot around the building. Two entrances and plenty of seating. Everything is cooked in front of you which is nice. Peanut oil is used for the fries which I like. You can take a container of peanuts to your table to eat while you wait. If you are highly allergic to peanuts, you probably shouldn’t come here. The burgers and fries are delicious. The fries are always overfilled in the bag so a small order seems like a large. The burgers are always cooked perfectly. You can choose toppings such as mayo, ketchup, mustard, jalapeños, etc. The soda fountain is one of the newer machines. You can choose hundreds of different combinations. The shakes are really good and inexpensive. Lots of flavors to choose or mix. The machine always works unlike another fast food location."

"One of the things I like most about five guys is the consistency. Pretty much in every location I’ve ever visited, the burgers are always completely, absolutely amazing! Expensive, sure, but you get what you pay for. Best burgers on the planet. Period. Would recommend 11/10!"

"Never understood the hype with Five Guys until today and found out it's because it's all fresh, not a single freezer in their locations. Alright, gave it a try with In-N-Out expectations and I would say the burger was pretty close but the fries... they were really salty! Salty to the point where I couldn't finish them. Glad I got a Shake to shake all that salt off my mouth :[ BTW: 2 Burgers 1 fries, 1 Shake and 1 Drink = $42 dollars."
