"My car had complete electrical failure in the drive thru immediately after ordering, with my 3 month old and 6 yr old in the car with me. It was embarrassing, anxiety inducing, and all around terrible. The staff assisted in directing traffic around us, expressed concern and kept coming out to check on us. The young lady( I believe she was named Jasmine?) who was working the window even had her boyfriend try to jump my car. These kids might need some training in keeping the lobby clean, but as far as being decent humans, they went above and beyond to help, and to show concern for a stressed out dad and his two little kids. ***Special shout out to the mom in the white suv who went around us to the window and came back to bring me a hot chocolate. You rock lady!"
