"I started going to Safe and Sound for all of my audio and home theater equipment after making my first purchase of a Marantz preamp. I have had nothing but good experiences there. They have several demo rooms and have allowed me to see how the components I am looking at sound and perform. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and is always willing to help a customer. Aaron has helped me out the most and is very knowledgable. They are typically very busy so it can take some time to get with you, but they always will make time to discuss audio with you. The product selection ranges from entry level to the upper spectrum of audio. The selection is excellent. They carry stereo, home theater equipment, vinyl, accessories, and car audio. I would highly recommend them for all your audio needs."

"There isn't anyplace else like this in the Northeast. They have a huge, modern and beautiful showroom filled to the brim with all levels of gear from beginner to the highest level of audiophile. They have 3 private listening rooms to try any of the gear you are interested in. They have speakers for every price point, from entry level to "costs more than my house". Best of all, Aaron, their manager, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and puts ZERO pressure on you while you are there. He facilitates trying anything you want, for as long as you want, completely hands off (unless you ask for assistance) until you decide what sounds best to your ears. On my last trip I spent almost 2 hours deciding which integrated amp would work best for me, and when I did decide, Aaron gave me a price that beat any online deal by a mile. This is an old school, enthusiastic, true Hi-Fi experience the likes of which is almost impossible to find anymore. Even if you aren't shopping, you should stop by to check it out because you won't find a more complete and vast collection of audiophile gear anywhere. And if you are shopping, you actually get to play with everything and use it like you would at home, to help you find the perfect fit. I can't recommend this place highly enough. No pressure sales, incredibly helpful staff, and more inventory than I have ever seen. It is like Disney for Hi-Fi geeks."

Aaron hooked me up with the perfect home theater setup, taking into mind everything I was looking for, including my space and aesthetics.
