"The web site says they close at 5:30. I race down there to make it on time. I get there at 5:15 the door was locked and she was right there cutting someone's hair. She gave me the cut off at the throat sign. I always tipped her very good. I'll never give her my business again. Very rude to a good tipping customer. Never again!!!!!"

"Terrible. Went to this place a handful of times … was never impressed but it was convenient. The second to last time I went, I was surprised how rude the woman was (I believe her name is Jennifer). I say surprised particularly bc I think she may own the place. I went back again, however, recently ... bc hey, everyone has bad days right? But she was unbelievably rude again – and gave me a terrible cut! Funny thing was that night I mentioned it to a friend of mine who I knew went there … he said “same experience, stopped going months ago”. Some guy named Ross used to work there and he was very good … but he left a while back. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this place close down sooner or later."
