"The last 2 or 3 times I've used the drive through my order has been wrong. Same with my coworkers. The staff is friendly and the place is really clean but messing up orders this consistently isn't great"

"Horrible, Horrible food. I brought back both of my fish filled meals because I asked for my fish well done. The manager went thru my bag opening up the fish boxes. He then started speaking Spanish to the cooks. They all looked at me laughing, not realizing I speak some Spanish. In short,the food was still bad after the remake. I will never visit this McDonald's again, and will call corporate."

"Not sure what was happening that day. What should have been a simple drive through transaction was much more involved than what had to be. We placed the order without issue. We paid for food and the young lady at the window told us our door wasn't ready. She asked us to pull forward and to the left stating the food would be brought out to us. We pull forward and there is no where to stop because there 5 cars in front of us waiting. We had to leave the lot and effectively turn to return to the entrance of the lot. She continued to take orders and cause more traffic blockage when she should have just stopped taking orders and let kitchen crew catch up."

"Total chaos! I should have known something wasn't right when there was a line of customers wanting to speak to the manager about messed up orders. Ordered Quarter Pounder deluxe meal large, sandwich had Big Mac bun on it, was a total mess, got a medium sized cup instead of large. Glad I won't be back here!"
