"I can't say enough about The Linda. Amazing acoustics, out of this world sound system, and a cozy intimate seating arrangement. The Linda is a short walk from my home, so I go there often to all sorts of events. I love the monthly Rochmon record playing presentations, and I've learned so much about the albums of my youth. They have musical movies on the first Tuesday of every month, and it's such a joy to rewatch older movies, and hear them in surround sound. I've seen a lot of cover bands and many singer songwriters too. The prices are very reasonable, and I mean reasonable, as in $10-$30, so really never an excuse to miss a show or event you're interested in. And your ticket purchase and participation also helps support WAMC public radio, who operates this venue. Plenty of free parking, a rarity, band almost worth the price of the ticket alone! "What an absolutely charming theater!!! An absolute gem we happily discovered last weekend when Coco Peru performed there. Small in size- but huge in character and intimate factor! Proof of vaccine was required...and the seating was such- it all felt very Covid safe (if that's a thing yet?) Cash bar (that was pleasantly affordable!) and the theater staff from entrance to exit was just delightful! Everyone was pleasant, helpful and clearly love their theater!! We will be back!!!"
