"I never review places I go but I felt that I had to with this salon due to the exceptional customer service they offered my entire time there. From the time I entered I was greeted with the smiling faces of the employees and the owner, Lisa. Lisa personally cut my hair and I couldn’t have asked for someone better, my hair came out perfect, we conversed the whole time and the experience was in and out. The shop was exceptionally clean and was very pleasantly air conditioned. Even with the high amounts of customers coming in and out, they still managed to make it a quick experience for me who was in a rush that day. I will be going back for all my future hair cuts, and I’m sure to tell my family to as well. I see some of these bad reviews and they are absolutely false, some commenting on the smell of the place, this being no where near true, it smelt like a normal salon with the nice smelling products that they have there."

"I and many of my friends that live here in New Canaan have been going to Lisa at this salon for 3 years now and have had keratin treatments haircuts and different color services and I must say my hair has never looked and felt this good and healthy. They use really gentle products that don’t dry out or damage the hair. I get compliments all of the time on how great my hair looks!"

"Lisa is a fantastic stylist and a good person. One of the many reasons I support her is because she is well known in town for being unusually accommodating to individuals with disabilities. Some clients come in to have fun, like a lady in her 80s who wanted pink hair. And then this gal - who was in the next chair. I loved her highlights and my hair looks similar. But next time I might go for the pink!"

"I decided to try a new place and boy am I glad I did. Crystalina, jasmine and Lisa were absolutely amazing. I came in for a cut and color and both came out absolutely amazing. I had been to two other salons to try and get the cut I wanted and who knew all I had to do was come down here! They accommodated me last minute on more than one occasion, they also made sure that I was completely satisfied. I really could not have asked for a better experience and I highly highly recommend this salon and every stylist is equally as amazing as the other. If you’re looking for a salon that will take good care of you make sure you stop at Lisa’s cuts first!!!"
