"Today was my first visit here and it was under unfortunate circumstances. I am starting chemotherapy tomorrow and wanted to chop my hair in preparation for the hair loss. To add to that, I am still recovering from surgery which made me slow and limited my movement. I walked in very late for my appt but Joe greeted me with the friendliest welcome. As he led me to the chair to get my hair washed, I revealed that I recently had surgery and may have trouble leaning my head back. It turned out to be ok. But from that moment, Joe was so extremely kind and considerate, making sure I was comfortable and feeling confident till the end. As he went to work, we talked about my upcoming chemo, my line of work, and shared a laugh about how young ee bith looked. :) What I loved is that he didn't treat me like a pity case; instead he talked to me like a normal human being, made me look like a badass chick and gave me the strength to face what will be 18 weeks of treatment. I am so grateful for compassionate businesses like these and will definitely be back. Oh, did I mention my hair was amazing?! Joe is a master at his craft. I showed him a couple hairstyle pics to start and let him figure out what would work best for me. Come to this place. It's clean. The people are nice and they know what they're doing."

"So happy I found this salon! Joe is wonderful and listened to all of my concerns about my dry and damaged hair and bangs that I’m growing out. He helped me assess how much hair we should take off. He cut about 3 inches. First, he washed my hair and it was so relaxing! After that, he cut it and gave me a fantastic blowout, leaving my hair looking shiny and much healthier. I don’t remember what products he used but they smelled really good. The whole experience felt luxurious and bougie and the price was very reasonable compared to other places for the same services.
