"I truly Love Salon 877 , Today was my 4th time ever going to this Salon. ALL of the staff is EXTREMELY friendly, & makes me feel like I FIT RIGHT IN. It gives a home-like yet Upscale salon Feeling Which I LOVE. LINDA IS MY GIRL, she's absolutely awesome! I am a natural level 2 or 3 Brunette, & I go to a LEVEL 10 PLATINUM BLONDE, & I've gotten my hair done by Linda 3 of the 4 x I've been to this salon, & I can say that SHE GETS ME to my GOAL , BUT always keeps the integrity of my hair in tact. And bleaching / doing root touch-ups every couple of months, & not overlapping (so NO BREAKAGE occurs) , & always keeps my hair healthy & ALSO happy with the color I get, Is EVERYTHING I could ask for. ALSO ELVISA at the sink is the SWEETEST & makes sure to make you as comfortable as possible! I recommend this salon, the staff is awesome, & have seen many other clients walking out looking stunning! I DO FEEL IF you want to go a HIGH LIFT BLONDE Linda is the lady to go to (in my opinion / my experience) & has FAIR PRICES (& let's be real, some of us , don't always have the funds to go to the salon.... BUT their rates are FAIR especially for what you get, & is ONE of **MANY REASONS** I will always go to Salon 877) ! 5/5 ⭐ !"

"This review is specifically for Angela. I have medium curly hair. I have tried countless hairdressers. Angela is by the best for curly hair. I started going to her when she was working at her own salon which closed during COVID. I would follow her anywhere and won't let anyone else cut my hair."

"*if I could give ZERO stars, I would! TERRIBLE experience here. I’ve gotten my hair colored here 3 times. I was never happy with the result (just kept going back because it’s convenient location, I wanted to support local Ardsley business, and I was hoping the hair coloring would improve with increased visits). Each time, you could see the lines/streaks of blonde highlights she put in. I also got a simple hair cut, which somehow wound up terrible with blunt ends (I requested layers)—I’m still trying to grow it out 4 months later…I’ve never in my life had a worse hair cut. If you’re looking for a small town hair salon from the 80s/90s, this is your place!! Do NOT believe the online booking system will work for you! Through the online booking, I scheduled an appointment to get my highlights done on Thursday at 7. I was informed on Thursday at 10AM that the appointment time was too late (ie, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE BOOKING TIMES THAT YOU MAKE). They also don’t adhere to their 24 hour cancellation policy. This completely ruined my weekend plans. I informed the person who called, and she was completely in accommodating, unprofessional, and quite rude (she even hung up on me because she “thought I was done talking.” WOW. If their system allows me to make the appointment, a professional establishment would honor said appointment—salon 877 is NOT a professional establishment, clearly. I will never be returning to this low rent, unclean place again. Good luck to anyone who dares to enter (or schedule an appointment!!)"

"This was my first time going to Salon 877 & they were able to accommodate my last minute request for a Saturday afternoon cut and curl. That alone was appreciated greatly! But what was even better was Angela! She’s excellent at what she does. She gave me a beautiful haircut, a full head of curls & placed a head piece For an 20s themed party in under 2 hours. She clearly knows hair and is a phenomenal hairdresser but she also seems to be such a genuine and loving person. I truly couldn’t believe what a nice woman I met getting my hair done with her! I will absolutely be going back to Salon 877 to have Angela do my hair."

"Taylor made me feel like a million bucks! The staff here is taking these times seriously, I watched them sanitize their stations before and after clients and reassure their clients that everything is clean and sanitized. I will definitely be coming back for another glaze in a few weeks!"
