"These guy doesn’t even deserve one star.. Their communication skill are really poor , and definitely have don’t care attitude. At the door said walk in welcome . I went there to have my hair cut , they didn’t greet me and they didn’t ask me either if I am walk in or already make an appointment . After 20 -30 minutes waiting and other customer start coming in , then one of the barber asked me if I made an appointment, and I said no . So with so many excuse that he can’t cut my hair today because so many appointments just came , so he decided can’t do my hair cut coz they will be closed in 2 hours .. it didn’t bother me when they can’t cut my hair if they said that as soon as I walked in , but what bother me was , they let me sit for long time just to refuse me after that .. they don’t have nice gesture .. I don’t like them !!!! And when I called by the phone , no voicemail set up and nobody even pick up the phone .. bad service !!!"

"Love this place. Its very comfortable, clean and rarely have to wait...I always make an appointment which is convenient for everyone. There's always a cool movie playing, music and good conversation. And if you ever have to wait a bit, there's a place next door to get food."

"I have a great colorist and stylist for my hair. I came here on a whim to find a new place to go since my usual was always booked to infinity and beyond. I was hesitant but met Julia and she was smiling and kind. She was very thorough and took time to make sure all was ok. At first my hair did not take some of the color, but she said to come back and she will do it again gratis. She made sure I was perfectly happy with my hair and has been doing a phenomenal job since then. The shop is small and not luxury but I felt comfortable there."

"If I could give less than one star, I would have done so!!!!! Very unprofessional! I was waiting for my turn and then asked the guy that I would get a coffee and come back right away. I came back and found him still finishing off with the same guy! Once done, I stood to get my turn. The barber told hold on! Let me get this kid first (a good looking woman walked in with her son while I was out). I told him I was here before her and another guy was waiting for his turn told him this guy (me) came before the woman and her kid. He awfully said "this is the way it is; wait if you want a cut." I had to respect myself and walked out. Moral of the story, if you are a good looking person or a friend of theirs, you will be able to skip the line and make other people wait. Several people commented that they waited for so long because their turn keeps being pushed back! If I could give less than one star, I would have done so!"
