"There’s a difference between old-school and outdated. Old-school is like this place, a 3-screen venue that gives a sense of nostalgia that is unlike other theaters such as the nearby Alamo. You could always come back to it. Outdated is something you’d never want to go back to. They’ve actually had several owners over the decades this place has been around. Clearview took over in the 1990s from the original owners. Then they got taken over by Bow Tie, who ran the place from 2013 until 2020, when it fell victim to the pandemic. It was saved by local company Picture House (who also operates an even smaller theater in Pelham), and today, it lives on. However, the place isn’t ada complaint, which in my mind is unacceptable. For this reason, they get one star taken off."
"I came walking in bronxville and came across this theater at random I was impressed with the price 16 for a ticket and 10 for a medium popcorn and medium soda it’s close to where I live very convenient they only had 3 movies playing and I was the only one in the theater a lot of stairs it was very darker way darker then any theatre I have ever been to it was more scary then peaceful and the seats were uncomfortable I would come back but maybe at a later time when there is more people the staff was nice as well"
"Look... It's not what you think a movie theater would look like in the middle of Bronxville, but it has a charm to it that I really enjoy. It's never crowded. The prices are fair. No complaints."
"It was a quaint movie theater. Good if you live close & don’t want to travel to other places for a quick movie."
"It's my first time coming here. The decor, the seats, this place has everything. I got popcorn and a drink for $10.00. Just came out from watching "Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker" for the 2nd time."
