"Our family loves this theater! Big comfy seats that recline. Food is okay. My 4yo and 6 yo love it so it suits little kids taste buds. For adults, food at the Alamo is better but you compromise on seat comfort. Theater is clean and service is fast."

"LOOK is an enjoyable experience. Went to the first showing of The color purple. Clean establishment, comfy seats, food isn’t bad, the QR code was a little challenging to place an order. Now here is where reading reviews is important. Had we read the reviews before going we would have known to BYOB. If you plan to order food, bring your own drinks. When leaving, the bartender takes your info and promises a refund in a couple of days. LOOK, don’t bring your rating down with something as minor that turns major."

"The Movie Theater is great with comfy seats and plenty of leg space. Would use it for watching movies all the time. The dine in option however is something I won't do again. It's not worth the money. Better spend that money in a restaurant after the movies. We were 4 and had to pay (incl. the automatically added 20% Tip) $150. The waiters were quick, friendly and the phone-ordering works nicely. The food is just not as good as I would expect for the money."

"Horrible experience!! I took my son here to give him a different movie experience and I regretted it almost immediately. I should’ve just took him to an AMC theater. My son and I got to the theater around 2 pm. The first strike was that when we walked in, there was nobody at the ticket stand to scan our tickets. Because of this, we did not know what theater our movie was going to be playing in. There was no employee in sight to help us so we went to the screen to find the theater number. We found the number and went inside to find that the theater was not cleaned out from the previous movie and there was food and drinks on the tables and seats. We went out to find someone and told him about the dirty theater and he told us someone was coming to clean it. We waited a few minutes and nobody came so we went back out again to find someone and tell them and they told us someone was coming. An employee finally came during the previews and he only picked up the trash but left the tables and chairs dirty. This led to someone coming in while the movie was starting with a spray bottle and a rag and attempting to “clean” while we were trying to watch the movie. My son and I ordered food and snacks well before the movie started. Guests started receiving popcorn about 15 minutes into the movie and we did not receive the kid’s snack pack that I purchased for him, which he kept asking for. About 35 minutes into the movie, we received the pizza, wings, and fries that I ordered and it was cold! We were so hungry that we just ate because who wants to wait another 30 minutes for food? It wasn’t until another 15-20 minutes later that we finally received our drinks and his popcorn and candy. We literally had to just eat cold food with no drinks! When I pressed the call server button nobody came to us. I didn’t want to take my son out the movie to look for someone so we just waited. Overall, this was a horrible experience. To top it off, the bathroom clearly had not been cleaned and even the trash was overflowing onto the floor. My advice- don’t even bother wasting your money going here. You’ll be overcharged for a dirty theater and cold food with horrible service."

"It was interesting to see how they are reimagining the Movie Theater experience. You can order your food and have everything delivered to your respective seats and the spacing for the seats where comfortable as well. I can see myself coming again as it gives you a great DATE NIGHT vibe. So check out LOOK when you get a chance!"
