"There was barely anyone at the theater. We were the only people in our theater. Movie was 20 minutes late starting. If we didn't complain then the movie won't have run. It was freezing in our theater!! Must have been 60 degrees! Bathroom had many lights out, hard to find toilet paper. Horrid theater!!"

"I don't get all the hateful reviews. Went to Westbrook yesterday, and it was perfectly fine. Nearly empty on a rainy Saturday which was sad. But no need to pay extra for advance tickets and we could sit anywhere! Popcorn was fresh and great. Sure the bathrooms (as often noted) could use some renovation, but who cares? I don't go to the movies for the bathrooms which, btw, were perfectly clean, just a little old."

"Absolute worst movie theater I've ever been to. Disgusting conditions in the restrooms and the theater. I'm afraid that I may end up sick after sitting here in these dirty old uncomfortable seats surrounded by such filth. Way over priced for this experience. This place should not only closed but CONDEMNED. Someone should call the Health Department. I will never return!!!"

"Truly among the worst theaters I’ve ever been to. Came here last year and the floor was so filthy, that I slipped and bruised a rib on the steps. Came back today, a year later, after seeing that the theater had been bought & renovated, yet saw nothing had changed. The bathrooms were as filthy as ever, the seats in the theater were ripped and stained, and there was no air conditioning/fan running (despite it being above 80° today). I love supporting small local businesses but I really struggle to find any reason to continue to support this theater."

"The theater is really nice the floors maybe a little sticky and some ceiling tiles worse for wear. But I can say nothing can beat the cheap ticket prices and the ability to have good snacks. I know when the warmer weather will hit us that place will go through a massive transformation and be absolutely amazing!! I look forward to the renovations and the new theater chairs they'll put in as for the people that have bought the theater plus the Madison cinemas I wish you all the best of luck and you can continue to have my support as my favorite local cinemas!!"
