"It is really a shame what has happened or hasn't happened to this theater. The seats are broken, dirty, and worn out to the point you don't feel safe or clean sitting in them. The movie screen itself was covered in dirt and food to the point that it was a distraction while watching the movie. The place is in need of a makeover. The management obviously doesn't care. The final thing is not really their rule but should be fighting to change it as it affects their business. The mall has a policy that no kids under 18 after 6 without parental supervision. While we were getting our popcorn a single kid came in to watch a movie and when he went to buy a ticket the counter person asked him for ID. The kid was 17 and was told he couldn't be there or in the mall on the weekend without a parent. So here is a kid that just wanted to go see a movie and was sent away. This hurts the bottom line of the theater first but second the mall rule is sending the kid back out on the street. I will be taking this issue up with the mall but thought the theater should have some say as it's costing them sales. Hope management takes a lot more pride and responsibility in the maintenance of the theater soon or we won't be going back."
"I forgot to give him my vip membership form until after I got my tickets and he tried to talk me out of getting a ticket refund and do it over because I wasn't gonna be able to get my 16 points unless a did it that way. Would be nice if they could just added the points like AMC does with receipt. Also he forgot to ask me for our card when we got popcorn and drink so lost those points too. Otherwise the movie was good and like the seats and volume was good . Sometime theaters are very loud and I use ear plugs. Very clean place also. My first time there"
"Average cinema group in small mall. Nice electric recliner and cup holders, but a bit wear worn"
"This place is nice to have close to home, but it seems run down and dirty. They do have the nice reclining seats you find in most modern theaters. The overall experience could be improved with some TLC and by turning out the bright lights when the trailers start."
"The prices are good, but I think this a “get what you pay for” situation. The theater is kind of gross. They have reclining seats which we loved, but they were very outdated: the leather was pealing and they squealed when you put the foot red up/down. The popcorn tasted funky. The floors were sticky and it smelled kind of weird in the entire place. It was an ok time, but I think I’d much rather pay a little more and enjoy my experience better somewhere else."
