"Took my cat, Major, for his annual check-up and shots yesterday. It was my first time at this clinic and I was concerned about my cat being as frightened as he usually is going to the vet, but Dr. Cohen and the wonderful tech knew how to immediately put him at ease. I’ve never had such an easy time at the vet! Dr Cohen called me this morning to give me his excellent blood work results. Everyone at this clinic from start to finish was friendly and professional. Very happy my cat is now a patient."

"First time coming here with an appointment and confirmation and they are closed…. Not one notification was sent stating they closed, will be closing early, or that my appointment will need to be rescheduled for a later date “due to emergency”. Please, communication is key. I drove Out here ready for my appointment for my dog and to find out they are closed by a sign on the gate was completely frustrating. If you know there are appointments scheduled the least you can do is call and let me know I need To reschedule. I would’ve Appreciated that. Really bad first impression and it sucks because they have such good reviews which is why I chose This clinic. If someone can contact me that would be great. Thanks. Update: Regina the manager of the clinic called me and apologized. They said they tried to reach me by phone but must have been an issue there and my email was incorrect. I spoke Briefly to Regina about why I want To get Olive ,my dog, in the clinic and she was very nice and understanding and spoke some knowledge on the subject. She forwarded me to Melissa who assisted in scheduling another appointment. I look Forward to my appointment for my fur baby Olive."
