"I chose Shear Savage after reading their reviews and I have to say I was disappointed. I went for a color, and highlights. I paid $215.00 and within 2 weeks the color and highlights were gone. I have been coloring my hair for years and this has never happened. The belief was it must have been the products I use that caused this to happen. I have used them for years without incident. I was offered to have them color my hair again which was not an option since my hair was now dry and damaged. No offer was ever made to return some of the $215.00 I spent. This is unacceptable. I paid for a service and should receive something back. Now I have to pay more money for someone else to fix the horrible mess."
