"Dagna is amazing! I had a very traumatic hair experience before and since I found her, she is the only person I trust with my hair. She is very knowledged in her field, she explains everything and tells you if it is bad for you! That is not something other people have- the honesty. You could trust her eyes closed and let her do her magic! Highly recommend. UPDATE ON THE REVIEW: I wrote the above review 5 years ago. When she opened her own place, I followed her. I really liked coming to her and I remember we would always laugh. Unfortunately, as of today it was the last time I saw her. Every time I go to her, I'm walking on an egg shell because I never know when I will get a snappy response. She is usually late to the appointments and doesn't even say sorry. I say 'have a good day' at the end, no response either. Feels like I annoy her with my presence. English is not my native language so when I ask something to understand what she means, she just makes me feel stressed because it gets intense. I don't need this amount of stress when getting a hair cut. Other than attitude issue, my feelings are still the same for her skill on hair cut. It's good. But for me, it's not worth the stress. Wish her best of luck."

"When I say best hairdresser ever I mean it ! I don’t get my hair done often always done it at home because if it’s messed up it’s my own fault and it wouldn’t have costed me an arm and a leg for messed up hair I hate. But anyways. With her I never have to worry about it ! She always knows what’s best and will make sure you love it before you leave but if somethings not right she’s willing to fix it for you right then and there or a couple of days later. Very reliable and clean and best of all affordable ! Absolutely love going to Lovely Locs wouldn’t go anywhere else ! ❤️"

"I can honestly say she listens to what you want, and definitely cares about your hair. Has always been professional and caring and very creative. She has always done an amazing job and I have never once been disappointed with how my hair came out. She has even helped me by giving me good tips on what products would be good for my fantasy colors so they don’t fade and what would keep my hair shiny and healthy. She has cut and bleached and bleached washed, done highlights, etc. Would give more than 5 stars if possible."
