"We schedule appointment for my daughters haircut one week in advance. We showed up on time and was told that the haircut that my daughter needs will take too longer and that they need to close in 30 minutes. I understand if it was just a walk in but it wasn’t. Such a waste of time!"

"Don't go here it's disgusting, floor mats have not been cleaned in ages, they don't sanitize thier tools, hair everywhere....seriously should be shut down for state violations. ...oh yah real aweful haircut.... Go to Chicopee or anywhere else Update.1/10/22..called the city of W.Spfld...they pushed me off to the state....now I know why places like this exist on Route 5, care free city management. Health department needs an overhaul too. 3/14/23 it's clear that this person's response to my review is half hearted....I popped my head in last week to see if anything was done, c- grade on the improvement."
"Got my second cut here and was very happy with it. Staff is pleasant and talkative, which is nice when you are trying to stay still in the chair. Showed them a picture of what I wanted and got that within what I could do with my hair. Don't forget to leave a tip. They don't get paid that much."
