"I lived there for about five months. Never received our security deposit back because apparently even if your boyfriend dies, they still expect you to pay the remaining seven months of rent. The $2,467.74 cost of living is not worth moving into an apartment that came with already existing damage from past tenants. The closet door was bashed in. The dishwasher never worked. Our washer and dryer generated so much electricity our PSEG bill was outrageous . The walls were so poorly insulated we could hear other's conversations clearly. My neighbors were my only saving grace there. Be warned there are never ANY parking spots, so you can't walk with an arm full of groceries five feet away, you have to trek down from almost the end of the parking lot- there are also no assigned parking spaces - so, again you're SOL. The maintenance man Tony was always on point. The dude made me almost forget I was drowning in debt. He will help you with anything! Hands down, the only other bearable aspect of living at the courtyard . People don't curb their dogs'. The dumpster is never not overflowing . The lawn is never cut. You will not get your deposit back."

"I’ve been here for about a year now. I’ve been trying to get into my online account so I can pay my rent and still until this day I’m getting the run around they charge me extra $400 for idk what . My oven doesn’t work , I put in work order it’s just horrible"

"Lived here for 21 years. Noise is horrible. No one enforces rules. Crime is common. Get renters insurance because no one is required to get it- 1/3 of our building burned down 7 years ago. If some criminal decides to torch your building, you'll be left with nothing. My kid was robbed by a drug addict in the laundry room, where Fairfield didn't properly maintain the security cameras. There is NO security at all. No gate. People steal packages & break into cars daily. Things are fixed at a snail's pace. Oh and forget about getting your deposit back as required by law. The company cares about nothing but profits. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"This was the worse place too stay at . Maintance never comes too fix things . You have to call the main desk and ask them to email maintance in order to get a response back . Had a leak in the ceiling from the heavy rain one night . Took maintance a week too fix it . They never painted the spot . Neighbors down stairs were horrible blasting music all the time . Took multiple talks to them calling cops and emailing the supervisor of the complex too do something . Walls are very thin in this place . You can hear your neighbors converstions . Pool in summer time anyone can use it . It’s not kept clean at all . Tennis court is completely destroyed !!! While living in that place . Ive seen cops multiple times . Swat team break down someones door twice in the back . Had A detective come knocking at the door asking questions about a car chase that happen in this complex . This place was not worth the high prices they charge . So happy I’m Out of there ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone too live here."
