When management fails to do their job and bring any one in. Drugs , woman being harassed at all hours , junkies living there , SWat teams coming in; ZERO SECURITY .. never would recommend living here."

"Pretty good place, don't know why everyone's complaining about how they can't smoke since it's against the community rules to smoke on grounds. I haven't seen much criminal activity since one guy who used to sell drugs was around, however the management kicked him out swiftly after multiple reports. The most recent problem was that someone kept breaking the lock to our door on purpose to get inside without having to use their key however it seems that they're gone as well since I haven't seen that in a long time. Overall pretty good place, definitely will be living here for quite a while :)"

"I have resided at this Complex for 14 months, we have experienced internal feuding, knife fights, drug dealings, gun shots, prostitution, marijuana smoking, drug raids and even had the Swat Team here. They promised 24 hour security, there is not. The management and district Person does not care about the welfare of the residents, they just care about the monthly fees. Whenever you have a complaint they tell you either call 911 or it is not in the budget. There is a rapid exit from this complex."
