"Do not live here unless you enjoy nosy, neighbors poking their head through the window. When you ask maintenance to fix the said window, tells you he doesn’t “feel like it”. Having sprinklers pointed at your door so your outfits/ packages get ruined. Constantly in and out of your apartment, so violates your privacy even when you are not home. Extremely expensive apartments, even though they advertise the “older units” as being cheaper. You get a run down 1 bedroom for almost $2k a month. First day i moved it, took a bath only to have black flakes come out of drain… oh and when something is wrong with the cess pool have poop water come out of tub…. Twice. I can go on, but for the sake of ending this review i will just say- please consider other apartments before living in this dump."

"My husband and I lived here for 4 years . It was very quiet and peaceful . We lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious ... Whenever there was something that needed to be attended to , mike in Maintenence got to it within hours of my call/email . If you respect where you live you will have no problems. I highly recommend woodhull gardens complex"

"I've been living here for about a month now and I love it! My apartment is newly renovated very clean a lot of windows, beautiful and bright. Very reasonably priced. I have a second floor unit with a decent sized balcony. Management is very nice. The only problem I've had so far is the tenants below us are rude and nasty, which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. I don't understand why people are giving this place such low ratings, I love it here!"

"This is a nice place to live.. I feel safe.. I have an older apartment however it is spacious and I keep it clean.. I also got new windows a new deck and rugs are new.. I also respect where I live ,I am clean and quite.. Maintenance guys are nice and always come in if I need something fixed or looked at.. You respect where you live everything will be fine.. The owner takes no crap and if you have an issue tell them and it will be looked into.. I am here 2 years in August ...."

"Small rooms. Everyone can hear me and I can hear them. You get no privacy. You get old toilets, broken down sinks. Not to mention that everyone obviously has their own washing machines in their closets. How do I know? My upstairs neighbors always turn it on late at night as I try to sleep. I only recommend this place if you plan on living alone."
