"After a month of moving in I was itching for the year to be over. Pros: -spacious rooms -big walk in closet -close to highways - Tony for maintenance was super friendly and probably the ONLY staff who had a positive and helpful attitude. Cons: -Building is in front of the dump so you will smell that every morning. -the INDOOR POOL has pool hours and isn’t heated so good luck ever using it if you are a working adult. Also is closed during the winter. -thin walls -can easily break into building as it is never locked, people pushed through the door and broke it often. Key cards never works, intercom never worked. -if you reached out to the maintenance/billing email or number to express concern or frustrations you were met with attitude from Sharon or Delilah. -Laundry room filled with mold in the machines -Neighbor found a snake in her unit Overall: far from a “luxury” apartment building. Felt more like a dorm. Towards the end of my stay there were weekly rude emails to the entire building, screenshots of tenants from the cameras. Very uncomfortable environment"
