"The ceilings are caving in with water damage. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and lack mannerism. There are nothing but cigarettes all over the property. The hallways smell like smoke. Garbage is all over the property and a neighbor from the neighborhood next to the complex has to come clean up the trash. I watch the staff that lives above the leasing office often stalk tenants and record them. Their son is usually following fellow tenants around recording them. Extremely creepy here. It looks like the groundskeeper runs over the cones that are used to block his personal parking space. They took time and dedication to find the perfect no smoking signs for the complex for outdoors. Rest assured if you go indoors the smell of fresh cigarettes will swarm you. Just pray you don't have asthma or breathing issues."

"These are great apartments in a great area. The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. In particular Lori the Resident Relations Manager and Steve the Property Superintendent. They are always friendly and very responsive. Always getting back to you very quickly. I would highly recommend these apartments."

"I had a short term lease here while looking for a house to buy and it wasn’t a bad experience. The apartment I got was just renovated so it was modern, nice and clean. I had an issue with a missing screen and it was replaced the same day by Steve. The neighbors in my building are quiet, good ppl that just mind their business. There are smokers who stay outside and smoke cigarettes at the gazebo but I could really care less, but I could see some ppl might not like it. I never smelled the cig smell in my apartment from the outside. Plus side is the place is also pet friendly with reasonable pet fee where as other places it’s ridiculously high. My neighbors have dogs which I never hesrd barking. I liked that there was a laundry spot in the complex that worked for me Everytime. The price of the unit was well within my budget and was way cheaper than what other places that were offering 6 month leases."

"Spoke to the lady in the office. She said she works offsite. She was really nasty to me. I asked for the requirements to live here and she went off. Visited the place, smoke was coming out of the gazebo. I looked and it was the cigarette ashtray placed in the middle of the wooden gazebo. Very scary I could not breathe. No one is in the office on site. Just some lady getting a beer delivery. There are all broken windows from the basement. Visible black mold all over the exterior brick walls. And the air conditioner's all look broken and old. Some have birds nests and bees. The exterminator was there the day I came. I'm guessing they have some sort of an infestation. This was my experience."

"I live here for 6 years and had no problems or complaints. The ladies at the office are great, complex is clean and the superintendent always fixed things right away. Great place to live!"
